These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Zephly (the “Service”). The Service is operated by Cyrill Glockner (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

You retain ownership of the content you create or upload (e.g., canvas entries and notes). You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process your content solely to operate the Service.

- Do not attempt to access or disrupt the Service or other users’ data.
